“Emelia’s The Saucy Australian” Orange & Ginger Glaze.

Handmade in a small family kitchen in Kyneton, VIC.

Packed full of fresh, seasonal navel oranges and a hint of ginger to compliment. Can be used in multiple ways, from glazing a leg of ham or a whole duck or to simply pour over a pork chop or chicken breast fillet.

Ingredients: Whole Orange (75%), Sugar, Apple Purée, White Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Onions, Chillies, Spices, Fresh Ginger.
